AI trading in online league isssue

Posted in general with no reply so seeing if this is indeed a tech issue.

Online league with trades with AI enabled. First time using ootp25 and there is no manual for this yet.

Two trades were "accepted" by AI for human users, and say accepted in their pending screens. In commish view under pending it says "waiting for waivers to be cleared". I know how waiver trades after deadline work, but we are currently in the awards part of offseason after playoffs but not done with arb. Is this a new feature to keep trades from going through during this period of the game?

AI trading with AI trades are still processing. Our waypoints are set for 3 days and we've done two sims with them as "accepted". We transferred files day after championship one day before "offseason started"

Trades still seem to be "pending waivers" with AI teams from human owners, is there anything I could be missing or would keep these trades from happening?
