Fictional ballpark capacity never changes?

Am I missing something? Fictional ballpark capacity never increases. If I want to run a fictional historical league do I really have to manually increase capacity if I want the league to progress somewhat realistically?

I've mentioned this several times over the years and I now feel like maybe I'm missing something.

I've played almost strictly fictional for years now and have never seen a way for capacity to increase automatically.

Sure would be nice to find a way to code that in among the other evolution options.
