Editing arenas?

Is there a way to edit or add arenas? If I relocate a team, under finances, the city the arena is in is listed as "-". Building an arena through finances doesn't work with all CPU teams. Is there a way to override that?

You can edit some of the arena details on the team edit screen (although it looks like we need to add some of the new fields we added to the arena data this year.)
