Top hats or bowler hats?

Does anyone have a top hat or a bowler hat? I'm trying to make one in Photoshop and not having a ton of luck.

No, I'm thinking more like the ballcap itself. I can do a plain black hat but I can't really change the shape to make it look like a bowler hat.

I think something along those lines has been attempted before and didn't work out... Don't think it can be done with the template the game uses for caps...
