Leader out for the season, still have a bearing on team?
I have a leader-type player on the DL and out for the season. Leader, loyalty and work ethic are all high. Does he still have an effect on the performance of the team? Can I move him without affecting my chemistry?

Yes, possible trade. He's 30, will turn 31 later in the season, and out for this season. He has this season and one more on his contract. If I deal him now would it affect my team?
