starting in 1871, with only 8 teams
is it possible to set it up so 1st question - i want a dh league, with pitchers able to hit in dh spot couldnt get that to work, so i went no dh league 2nd question - the game only has 8 spots in the lineup in no dh league can i get a pitcher in the lineups as a dh? a previous post said not possible can i get the pitcher in the lineup if i dont use a dh - tried last night and doesnt look like it. thanks for any & all help |

You don't have to list a pitcher on the lineup screen for the pitcher to bat.
The lineup screen has 9 spots. If you let the program decide the batting order it will put players on your depth chart in spots 1 - 8 and whoever the pitcher is will bat 9th. If you want the pitcher to bat elsewhere in the lineup move some other player to the 9th spot leaving some other spot blank. On game day the computer will insert the pitcher into the blank spot in the lineup. |
