Yeah,i had it on the dark blue skin and now its on the wood one. but that just changes the outside. But i need to change the color of the words or the backround. Cause the backround is a baseball field and the color of the words are white so i cant really see it. The baseball field is rather light so that is why i cant see most of the words. Is there any way to change the color of the words to black instead of white?? If not,i'm up for suggestions.

Could this be one of the things that turning off/on Direct 3D will fix ? Give that a try. Run the file Game Configurator in the OOTP5 directory. If its not that, maybe its the video drivers since you said its a new computer. Make sure you have up to date video drivers, and maybe try DirectX 9.0

I had this problem, and it stopped when I toggled off 3D. I've also seen posts indicating that the problem does not occur if you have Direct X 9.0 (I don't yet).

Good luck.

It's an unfortunate side effect of D3D. There are some skins that are easier to use with D3D (such as my Twins skin.) Otherwise just disable d3d.
