Can't Include Money in a Trade?

I've had 2 PTGs now, and in each one when i get to the trade screen the money is greyed out and I can't add any to the trade. This is frustrating as the Leafs have a ton of money that could be put into trades, but I just can't figure out how to do it. Am I missing something or is this a glitch of some sort? Thank in advance for the help.

Money for players is not allowed in the NHL since the 2005 CBA (as far as I know).

That would make sense. I never thought of it in terms of the CBA. Thanks for the quick reply!

Along this lines is there a way to retain salary/cap hit that iirc is part of the CBA.
