too many RP appearances

I think the use of relief pitchers still need to be tweaked a bit.

Running the default 2016 season with default settings, I got 15 pitchers with 80 or more games pitched. In real life last year, there was only 1.

I played with the strategy settings for how fast to pull relievers, and it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

Yes, we will tweak this further in the future. Right now it's not quite 100% right, but no real big issue IMO.
