Insufficent number of prospects

I am playing the ECHL and just had a pop up that I need 14 players under 26. How do get more prospects?

You can instantly sign players directly out of lower-level leagues (typically the SPHL, but places like the "Low Minors" and Senior generic leagues will work as well), that'll let you fill your roster.

Oh, you're at your budget or cap amount? In that case, your options are a little more limited: doing some salary editing (after turning commissioner mode on in manager options) to get yourself enough room to sign someone, releasing expensive players to do the same thing, or temporarily switching your team control settings to "Assistant" and advancing a day or running "AI Setup Organization" from the roster screen action button so the AI will fix the problem for you.
