Scheduling games to all run at same time

If I want all my games every day to run at the same time, what is the best way to accomplish this?

Right now my schedule lists all games starting at 7:05 but of course I have teams in different time zones so games are played at different times.

One idea I had was to modify the schedule by using the home team ID and modifying the start time to align times regardless of home team time zone. But I run a promotion / relegation league and the schedule would need to be fixed every season as the team id's will shift around. This isn't practical.

The other idea I had was to move all the teams to one city, say Detroit, MI in the team settings page regardless of what their team states. I.E. Vancouver would be listed as Detroit, MI.

So I guess I have two questions, is the above idea where I move everyone to the same time zone even possible and will it impact gameplay at all to do this?

It will affect weather, of course.

Also, free agents like to play in their home towns, so any players born in Vancouver will not know who their hometown team is. And anyone who gets an owner's goal of signing a hometown player will have to sign someone from Michigan.

A better solution would be to edit the world_default.xml and give everywhere the same time zone and then edit the schedule. After editing the, make sure to re-import.
