Changing Option Years?

I'm using Halofan's opening day roster set (it's fantastic, thanks Halofan) on a new league for myself. Can I change the number of option years left for a player? Jason Davis is shown as being out of option years, but he was optioned to AAA Buffalo earlier this year IRL, so I'd like to be able to option him to AAA on the game. I tried turning on the editor in his information screen, but I can't figure out how to change option years. Any way to do this?

You need Pierre's Career Editor utility, you can get it from the OOTP Download Center.
