New OOTP v6.5 league

Despite all it's flaws, I am starting a new online league with v6.5 using a mix of real and fictional players starting in 1983.

I already have 7 solid owners lined up. We are looking for 9 more active participants and will begin the initial league draft (via lists) Tuesday, June 28th.

The 7 initial owners are an All-Star bunch if I may say so.
With that sort of owner foundation and the extra efforts and thought sttfrk has put into this league, it's sure to be off to a bang-up start.
