Market Size and Fan Loyality listings
Could someone list what options there are for market size and fan loyaliy and if possible, hwo'd they mirror real life conditions.
For example what market woudl be considered HUGE or tiny, or how fickle the various levels of fan loyality woudl be? thanks

Hmm. I'll try my hand at this, but keep in mind these are all fairly subjective -
Team Market *** or, "How many people can I trick into giving us money?" *** Almost Nonexistant ~ Parker, PA: population est. 750 Small ~ Green Bay, Milwaukee Below Average ~ KC, Cincinatti Average ~ Cleveland, StL Good ~ Seattle, Houston Big ~ SF, Atlanta (smaller than SF, but they have TBS) Huge ~ Miami, Boston Really Huge ~ New York City, Los Angeles Fan Loyalty *** or, "Will people still come if we stink?"*** Extremely Poor ~ Montreal Poor ~ KC Fair ~ Colorado Average ~ NY (Yankees) Good ~ StL Very Good ~ Atlanta Great ~ Chicago (Cubs), Boston

FYI -- Team Markets are :
Almost Nonexistant Tiny Small Below Average Average Slightly Above Average Good Big Really Big HUGE 10 of them, so that may throw off the above scale a little Last edited by DougWyatt; 05-21-2005 at 01:17 PM. |
