game crashes on 3rd game

I recently started a new season and the game crashed after each of the first two games. I was able to continue after each, I just had to restart the game. Now I cannot get past the next game. I cannot play the game, nor can I sim it. When I try to sim it freezes, and when I try to play I get the crash and do I want to send error report. The offending file is ootp6.exe

nevermind, I have found the problem, a player was in the lineup twice in the same position. I did not set it to do this, something must have been corrupted from one of the earlier crashes.
