Leagues That Don't Require OOTP?

I own OOTP6, but now I have a Mac. I have been out of leagues for about a year but I was lucky enough to be in some great ones like Baseball Maelstrom, The XBL, and others. However, I've been getting an itch to play in a league again, but since I have a Mac I can't run OOTP6 (I don't have Virtual PC and I hear it doesn't run very well with that anyway). Anyway, I was wondering if there were any leagues out there that I would be able to participate in without having OOTP.

I can remember a time when someone posting that they didn't own the game but wanted to join the league would get blasted by about 10 people telling them to buy the game, etc, etc but now they just get offers to join leagues.

Perhaps this is a kinder...warmer...more understanding OOTP community? If so, then I miss the old days when we were all a bunch of a$$holes!!!!

I believe the first three words in his post are "I own OOTP6"

Yes they were and if you continued to read his post you would have seen that he had a Mac and could NOT run OOTP6 because of his computer issues.

However, I do give you credit for trying to be a smarta$$ even though you turned out to just be a dumba$$.

Looks like the old days are coming back just like I hoped they would!!!

If you haven't found one yet, I run a league going into it's 4th season, we're making the switch from ootp5 to ootp6. Set in the 1900s.
Ownership of OOTP is not required, but a few owners do use it.
