Anyone remember APBA Boxing?

I have just bought a game off EBay called Pro Boxing but when I installed it, it was called APBA Boxing. Anyone remember this? Was this a forerunner to Title Bout? The company who publish it are called Diamond Play.

Anyway the game doesn't work, I get the following error message:
Run Time Error 6: overflow

It was really buggy. If you change your screen properties to 16 bit color it might run.
