Draft in June?

Alright...if I remember correctly, didn't Markus say that we're had the choice of having the amateur draft in June or after the season?

Was this taken out during the process of making the game, or am I missing something?

I dont of Markus saying anything about an option in June before, but there is currently no way of doing this in the current version of the game.
