Player Generation

I had a quick question about the way the game generates names and origins of new players. I want to create a league with teams entirely from the east rim. Is there a way to ensure all new players have asian sounding names and asian origins? Either that or is there a program to run which changes origins appropriately. I really know nothing of the way player generation works so any extra detail you helpful folks can provide would be appreciated...

You can download the Originator and Origin files at OOTPDownloadcenter.com

I haven't used the Asian names but there are origins and names for Taiwan, China, Japan, and Korea.
