Player happiness

Another item would be player happiness. If a player is disgruntled due to lack of playing time or playing their preferred position (e.g. a starter who is relief pitching). This would be important for free-agency and player extensions.

There are currently players who become unhappy with their playing time. It's not a distinct rating, but they'll email the owner of their concerns and if it continues it will almost certainly have an effect on resigning them.
