Pitching Duration - associated Pitch Count

I am revisiting something ....

I earlier posted something and I am revisiting it again...Unfortunately the v6 manual did not have what I was looking for then OR now

Specifically:

In V2 (game originally came on a CD and a printable manual) In that manual it broke down the SP and MR ratings of A->E and listed associated pitch counts for each rating for a "single" outing and for 2 outings within 5 days span

I unfortunately do not have the Disk/manual any longer and wondering if v6 adheres to those guidelines OR if there is any associated pitch counts v6 uses ? i.e. guidelines for Pitcher ratings and their pitch counts in relation to 'tired'. It was really justa guideline of what to "expect" out of the ratings and pitch counts - by now I have an idea, but I like to see it in black and white .

Lastly... anyone know where I can get a copy (DL) of the v2 manual? (It may have also been in a rater version manual, however not in last few versions)

Thanx!!!

Good question, I'd be interested to know the pitch count limits for each endurance.
