Game not responding

I've had the game for a little over a week and yesterday I ran into some problems. I had a standard league and was simming for 1 year to see if the stats were about what I'd like them to be. I then reset the league with a new fantasy draft, tweaked some numbers then did it again. I did this a few times. However, yesterday after completing the draft (which I had the computer do), I had it fill in the minors and the "generating players" message was sitting on my screen for an extraordinarily long time. I went to the task manager and it said "not responding." I closed it, tried again, same thing.

I tried setting up a new league, same thing. I then decided to completely uninstall and re-downloaded the program. I was then able to get past the "generating players" screen, but now I can't sim games. It gets hung up. Even if I just try simming a single game.

Does anyone have any ideas of what might be happening? Let me know if you need more info regarding the problem.

More than likely one of the following is the problem:

-The same position is listed twice in the lineup.
-The same player is listed twice in the lineup.
-One position is missing.
-An "injured" pitcher is scheduled to start a game.
