I recall that a draftee once signed a 20YR/5M per deal in an online league I was in. The dude was a mega stud but it was a risky move for the team.

Realistically, I don't think any agent worth his salt would allow a blue chip prospect to take himself entirely out of free agency in return for $5M a year. Definitely something that's got to be looked at.

I'm not seeing the issue. I don't think any player would refuse a $202.5 million dollar contract.
