Freezing problem

Sorry for the lack of details, but whenever I start OOTP, it has the loading league pop up, and it fills all the way up, and freezes. After a CTRL-ALT-Delete, it says "not responding"

Anyone know the problem?

Corrupt league file.

How do I know which one's corrupted? I don't remember what league I was using last. Is there a way to find out?

Try this:
In windows go to:
(OOTP>data>setup)(the "setup.dat" file is what I am referring to, make a backup copy of this file before beginning this process).
The first "text" in the file is the name of the last open league, change them to whatever your league is, save it and then try to open the game.

If that doesn't solve the problem you can simply reinstall the game and move your current league to that folder and that will work.
