Trading Draft Picks

Is this even an option is OOTP 6???? I would like to be able to trade up for certain draft picks in advance within having to use an editor or cheat or anything.

It's not an option, since its not possible in the acutal MLB.

There is a draft pick editor which has been available for a number of years check the mods forum for details.
