Logo Contest #1: Portland Timberjacks
Thanks to everyone who submitted entries for the contest! Also, special thanks to the contestant (you know who you are
) who was gracious enough to remove one logo so that we could fit everything in one poll.Due to the fact that I cannot hotlink in this forum, I will post three messages with 5 logos each. Here are Logos 1-5:

Ok. That did not work at all like I had planned it.
I didn't want links, I wanted the actual logos to show up. I guess if you attach more than one, it doesn't show them? I'm thinking we should ask the mods to allow images in this forum. Either that, or I'll have to post 15 messages in a row with one logo in each.

Great logos!
Narrowed it down to three... tough to pick just one. I went with #14 though. Great work overall... very impressed.

All of these are great entries. Very impressive.
I went with number three, which fits my particular aesthetic more, but I would be happy to use any of these in a league.

Went with 11 as it was the most professional looking.

Wow, some real nice logos there!
jshmoo, yep, you'll have to do one post for each logo. That's why I suggested everyone submit in jpg form - it's the only way they show up without clicking on them (as with bmp). Unfortunately, you can only put one logo per post. Coincidently, #1 is the same logo I submitted a few months ago for "Forest City Lumberjacks" request. I'm glad I did not resubmit it. It would be like two girls showing up to the prom in the same dress!

It's pretty cool that some of the designers are instantly recognizable by the design style.

Nice effort everyone. Curious how two of the guys opted for Pirate Keg as their font. Anyway, I go with concept #2.

Agree with knuckler
From my brief time on these boards, I can tell on some of the logos, who created them, which really doesn't bother me because everyone does great work. I had such a hard time voting for the one I thought was the best as many of them won me over. I wish presidential elections had this much competition.
