Cuss - Lamar Warriors...

Here's one I did a while ago for somebody that ended up not getting used. Thought I would share with the community and maybe get some feedbacks on any possible improvement.

I understand this logo could be taken the wrong way and seem offensive to some people and I sincerely appologize if anyone is offended by this. I by no means had any negative intention with this design. I will gladly take this down, just let me know.

Cool design, and the wordmark is pretty sharp. If only, I'd go with a lighter color for the nickname (white, mostly) to contrast.

Very well done.

One suggestion is to make him a little more likeable...he really looks scary and vicious...but I guess that what he is supposed to be.

I like the feather...nice touch.

Another suggestion: make the lettering on WARRIORS all light brown and not use the brown to black blending... I think the lettering would show up better that way.

I would use Woodmark 1 type colors...with more white than black.

Maybe work in a tomahawk in the sweeper that has LAMAR at the end of it.

And as you are very well aware...if this was being created for me...I would make LAMAR much larger...maybe half the size of Warriors...so it would show up in the OOTPB midsized screens and Main Scoreboard. I would place it beneath WARRIORS and center it...although on the right side like you have it might be better.
