Saving Tourneys
I got the game when it first came out and had lots of frustrations due to the fact that you could not save tourneys. Has this been fixed by a later patch? What is the latest patch is it 1.9? How do i save tourneys if it has been fixed

Tourneys
If you are playing a tourney can you save it and go back and have the partial results still be there?

He's talking about Title Bout. Version 1.9 is the latest version. Saving Tournaments will save the setup of the tournament but not the results so you cannot "save" a tournament half way through and resume the next time you start the game again. But you will be able to run the same tournament again setup exactly the same way.
