I suspect that probably everyone who participates on this Board collected baseball cards as a kid. My old cards are long gone, but I can still instantly recognize pictures of the cards I once owned (even the more obscure players like Tracy Stallard and Clint Courtney).
Iatric has a great face pack of Deadball faces at OOTP World. It appears to me that the photos he used are of old baseball cards. (Iatric, where did you find these?) I think it would be very popular to replay some of the other eras in OOTP4, (for me especially the 60's and 70's) using pictures of baseball cards for the player photos. I would like to find, (maybe even create), some face packs based upon baseball cards of those other eras. Does anyone have any ideas on how one might find photos of these old cards on the internet or elsewhere? Or is anyone else working on such a project? Thanks.

I haven't tried it, but I hear Ebay is a great place to search for pics of old cards.

In 1990 Topps put out coffee table book with a picture of every Topps card back to '52. I have a copy but can't seem to find it now (and I don't have a scanner). It was real big with glossy pages.
This seems like an excellent source for BB card photos for OOTP.

Thanks Iatric for the link to the old baseball card site, it's very interesting. Now if we could just get the Library of Congress to update its card collection, we would be all set.
