Cato version question

With the recent vanishing of the Cato site, I have found a new location to obtain the latest Cato release, but my question is as a new user, do I just download 5.4 and then the latest 6.1.4 update, or do I need to load all the updates in between 5.4 and 6.1.4? So are the updates cumulative or do they build on each other?

Thanks.

Pulled the following from the CatoBase ReadMe file:

"To install CatoBase, first download the full install version (5.4.0), run the setup program and follow the prompts. This will install the program to a folder of your choice, C:\Program Files\CatoBase by default. It will also install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.7, if necessary. For more information on MDAC, visit www.microsoft.com. Then, download the most recent update (currently 6.1.4) and unzip its contents to the install folder, overwriting the existing files."

Been a while since I did it, but I think it is pretty straightforward doing the install with the 5.4, and then you just copy over the older versions with the latest V6 files (6.1.4 right now). Of course, you need those files from somewhere with the web sire not up currently.

Catobase can be found at the Download Center now for anyone who is looking for it.

You will also need to download the exporters and place them in whatever folder you installed CATObase into. I believe he only included the exporters in the 6.0 version.
