Just generate the reports in OOTP and then zip and email the whole file. Tell your recipient to locate the 'index' file and open it. From there, they'll be able to browse the entire league reports.

They do not need the game.
Go into online league setup. Note the location of where the league files will be, default is c:/leaguestats I think. Generate a league file from that page, make sure you have PLAYERS REPORTS checked. Then zip up that whole folder. It will be 3-11 meg, depending on how big the league is, if you have archives and other factors. Send him that whole zip file. Like the other guy said, if he opens INDEX.HTML, he will be able to see the whole league. If you just want to send one player, do the same thing to create the league file then open the INDEX.HTML file. Let's say the player you were looking for was on Boston, open Boston's team sheet and put the cursor over the desired player's name and note what the html file is. It it will be Pxxxx, where xxxx is the player's number. Just send that file, but you will also have to have the styles.css file or it will not look proper and may be hard to read.

Also, if you view the Player HTML pages from within the game, then you can find them in the LEAGUE_NEWS_BOX directory immediately afterwards titled pxxx.html where 'xxx' is the player's ID number.
