Expansion in Mexico

La Liga Mexicana (LLM) is an OOTP6 league based in Mexico. We currently have 16 teams using a 2-league, 4-division format with 2 rounds of the playoffs. We plan to expand after this season by 4 teams and if that goes well, we will eventually expand by 4 more in the future, with our goal to have 3 divisions in each league and a wildcard to get into the playoffs.

The league is in its 8th season (over 2 years real time) with some great owners. We have some fun programs, like purchasing players from our sister Euro League, hiring and firing managers, the occasional opportunity to create a player and talent upgrades for winning a level in the minor league standings. We are also now allowing users in the dynasty forum to create players for our league.

In ootp 6, we currently use the following features:

1-100 ratings
cash max $50 mill and a media blitz program where teams earn up to $10 mill for writing press releases
40-man roster on
waivers disabled in-game, but we use our own system on the boards (we may go to in-game waivers soon though)
minor league options on
rule 5 draft on
minor league free agents on
currently 5 rounds for the ammy draft, but that may drop to 4 after expansion

Wow. This league looks great. I have been waiting for something to jump out at me before I joined an online league. This looks perfect.

I'm interested in the Aguascalientes Rieleros, but any of the teams would be great.

Great to hear from both of you. I see you both left me you email addresses, which is great. You can contact me anytime by PM or email from my profile. I check it daily, if not hourly.

I will ensure that both of you get a team. We hope to get 2 more owners to expand by 4, but if we don't, we'll expand by 2 this season and by 2 more next season.

3... Every M-W-F... 7-8-7-8 days, so we sim 15 days every 2 sims to account for 15-day DL time.
