Question Arguing with umpires

Is there an upside to arguing with the umpire? Do they every change the call? Does it influence who they call the rest of the game? The only tangible effect I've seen is that sometimes I get tossed and become an observer for the rest of the game.

a lot of people have asked this question and there really has not been a definite answer. according to some people the ump will likely be more inclined to make a call in your favor later in the game...perhaps after realizing the mistake the ump will be more willing to give you a call. not too sure though how this happens. i have never come across a ump who has changed his initial call...which could be said of MLB umps who usually stand put with a decision even after knowing they made a mistake.

The ump will never change the call as for other effects.. they aren't documented and aren't fully known... on the other hand its a good way to get out some aggression when your getting killed, and it certainly can't hurt if you are already losing by a ton, or are really frustrated.

I know it's probably just a coincidence, but frequently I notice that after being ejected, my players seem to make some kind of great play. So I always tell myself that I was stirring up the spirits of my players or some other crap like that.
