Catchers passed ball rating
I know this is a dumb question but what value is better in the "passed ball" rating for catchers. Low number or high number.
For many simulated years I have assumed low is better now I'm not sure?

Thanks, that is what I thought, but I saw Pudge Rodrigues with a PB of 8 and then I was not so sure.
