Online league noticing potential problem

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not and I don't see anything on the board about it. I am participating in an OOTP v6 league that is set to Deadball Era. We upgraded from v5 to v6 in the offseason and did not get the new season rolling until the latest OOTPv6 patch came out.

We have simmed a month of the season so far, and we have no triples.
http://www.mlbcootp.us/reports/leagueb.html

Last season, AL teams averaged 151 triples for the season while NL teams averaged 144 triples. To go an entire month without a triple from ANY team seems pretty unlikely.

Did something happen to the deadball-era ratings when we converted? Or did the latest patch get it?

Just wondering if anyone else has done any deadball-era in OOTP6 and noticed this as well.

I haven't heard of anything like this. Have you checked your league totals to see if they changed at all? It's possible that during conversion some glitch may have messed up your triple totals.

I know I saw a thread like this recently, like yesterday or something.

The Commish should copy the league and run tests with different league totals until he gets results that are good, then put those totals in your league.

to update this thread...

i am the commish of the MLBC OOTP, the league that is affected by this. After much testing, i finally have good league totals for a deadball league, which i probably will share with the rest of the ootp community once i get a page written up or something.

anyways, i pulled up our file that was right after the conversion from v5 to v6. i will also clarify that our league totals never changed on conversion. i checked them before i converted, and i checked them after i converted. they matched up exactly.

just a few minutes ago i put the totals i found into our file. every single category was absolutely perfect and right on the mark...except for triples, which decided to remain at ZERO.

Obviously, this is a huge deal in a deadball league, as 3b are counted on very highly.

When i found my numbers, they were on fresh, ootp6 created files. could having the file originate from v5 be the problem? is there something i am not getting or missing? maybe i should think about reconverting the file over to v6? the only problem with that though is i did A LOT of editing on pro years, etc to get them correct, and i REALLY REALLY REALLY dont want to lost any of that data. There has got to be a better solution than that.

Any help would be appreciated, especially from Marcus or Steve.

Thanks.
