v6.11 DFA/Rule 5 loophole

Very similar to the 40 man removal loophole I outlined recently, DFA can be used to place a rule 5 pick into your minors system. I discovered this when a rule 5 pick of mine turned out to be terrible, so I went to release him. The game then prompts you to either release him immediately or first place him on waivers and DFA. If you place the player on waivers and DFA you can then manually return the player to the 40 man roster (required since he has a major league contract) and then assign him to one of your minor system and finally remove the player from waivers.

Again, self discipline will take care of this, but the DFA system seems to provide many transaction loopholes.
