Can you create yourself on OOTP?

Can you create yourself on OOTP 6? I tried clicking generate player but it just made up a generic player, but I want to create myself. Is there any way to do this? If so, how?

Click on the player you created
Toggle the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the player's screen to ON
You now can edit to your heart's content....change the name...the talent...etc...
