Is it likely that this will be pushed back til DEC.?

I'm close to restarting my boxing again, and if TBCB 2 is gonna hit sometime in Nov. then I want to wait so I can just copy the fighters easier.

I think Jim was being very, very, *very* optimistic when he hinted that it was close to being ready. Go ahead and restart with the current game.
