Inserting downloaded fighters?

I downloaded a couple of fighter packs and was wondering where I put them to insert them into the game, I can't seem to find any folder to put them in.

Download them in any file you want.
-After that you open up the game
-Open the "Fighters" menu
-Press the "Import File" button
-search for the file you have downloaded
-open the files

After a few questions the new fighters will join your game.
