Problem with Rolen17 set...

Hey guys,

I hope that someone here may be able to give me a bit of insight on this issue.

I am preparing my online league for a dispersal draft. I have found that when I reset and release all players for the draft the pitching and batting ratings for each player is reset to zero. This happens to every player. Is there any way that you guys may know of to keep this from happening?

Please forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere on the board. I speant a considerable amount of time looking before I posted.

I basically put his roster set in my create folder so that any league created would use those players. All of the free agents for the initial draft look fine. I'm not sure why they've reset themselves in your league.

Could it be an issue with scouts, that the ratings are messed up?

That's sorta' what this sounds like. With coaches/scouts set to "on" but no scouts signed, the player ratings will show up as a blank. Maybe try turning the scouts off (setup screen) and seeing if the player have ratings then.

It definitely is a scouts issue. The same thing happened to me when I did the 1961 expansion. All the players in the draft pool had 0 ratings when viewed by one of the expansion teams. But when an established team viewed the same pool the numbers were there.
