Anyone else out there play with the Yankees using Rolen's roster set? I am in August and my cash on hand is $30,000. I've done a couple of promotions, but my cash started out at like $130,000. My ticket price is $12 and my average attendance is like 43,000. I know the team salary is HUGE, but is there any way, outside of trading salary (I'm already past the deadline) and adjusting cash that I might have enough $ to re-sign a guy?
Thanks in advance for the help. |

Cash left for extensions is different than cash on hand.
money for extensions = Last Years Revenue + Cash - Next Years Payroll so if you don't have money left for extensions it means that your revenue wasn't high enough to support your budget and you'll have to try to raise cash to make up for it (raise ticket prices? don't schedule promotions (they cost money and if you are selling out they aren't worth it) or start dealing salary). money for free agents = Last Years revenue + cash - Current Payroll. Hope this helps. |

You could raise your tickect price in order to get more money. The best way would be to dump salary.
