Request for fictional team logos (up to 15)

I'm in the process of simming from 1901 to present with fictional teams and fictional players. The TUBF is a 20-team, fictional league that I hope to go live with (online) sometime in October. In the meantime, like I said, I'm simming to generate league history, as well as formulating rules and guidelines for how the league will be run.

I'm not very creative, or good with logos, and already have one person, bigbaldben from www.blindsideblitz.com, working on logos. However, I'd like to open it up to those of you who just like to make logos for kicks. If you can help me out, that would be great. I won't guarantee I'll use everything made, but you will get full credit for your creation as well as my gratitude.

Please visit www.tubf.net if you're interested in doing some work for me, and pick a team (or more) and give it a shot. You'll find that approximately five teams have logos already, but don't let that stop you.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Maybe someone can eidt this, or at least resize it for you to make it better.

that's pretty sweet. Rest assured I can likely find ways to modify them to make them fit.

I have not heard anyone complain about the number of requests on one thread, but my experience is you get quicker response if you do one or two at a time.

It would helpful if the designers would let us know their preferences...one logo per thread?... or multiple logos?... give suggestions?...or let them do it their way?...like to do revisions or not?

We don't seem to have as many designers as we used to have...at one time you could list 10 requests and they would be done in about a week or two...by different designers...About 2 years ago I had about 80 done in about 6 weeks by about 7 different designers. I listed them 4 at a time.

Only 1 or 2 logos are done a day now. Today it takes about a week to get one done...at least for me...but I usually give precise instructions, which may turn some designers off...they may like to do their own creation...or may not feel inspired by my suggestions...also I am too picky...which may be another problem.

I would suggest that you edit the first post, whenever a logo is done, so that the designers know which ones have not been done.

Also bump the thread when it get near the bottom of the first page...it will get lost if you allow it to get to the second page.

Treches, those are excellent. Great job...especially on the Florida Sharks...the shark going after the baseball is really creative...the colors are super, too.

quick question, and it doesn't matter, I just need to know (marketing purposes): Are any part of those graphics copyrighted in any way?

Doesn't mean I won't use them, especially considering how sweet they are, and that I probably will, but I do need to know if they're copyrighted. Thanks.

Most likely, but so are the MLB logos anyway. Not that I know who owns their rights.

yeah, I know. I was considering a thing where you could buy merchandise with league logos on it, but it was in no way a dealbreaker if I couldn't. I can't sell copyrighted stuff though, so, ya know.

anyway, these are great. Keep 'em coming!
