Moving players from High Heat 2002 to OOTP 6

Hello, I am new at OOTP 6 and was wondering if someone could help me.
I have a fictional league in High Heat 2002. I figure that it isn't possible to move the actual teams, but is there any way to move the players, so I wouldn't have to edit each and every one from scratch? (Minor tweaks are needed, of course)
Thanks

Funny you should ask that, given the history at this site of which I'm sure you're unaware.

In short, no. But there was one that was being proposed for a long time.

It should be possible. All you have to do ( easier said than done ) is create a Lahman style output in csv that you then import via OOTP. I'm not sure but you might be able to use HHEdit to get that done.

FYI I did this with my Baseball Mogul league - it was a lot of work but I used Visual Basic to reduce the workload.
