All-star voting

I've seen some leagues have all star voting for players, but in my league they were just selected, i couldnt place the people I wanted there or could I? Can someone explain it to me please.

Wait until the game selects the All-Stars. After that, before you play the game, use Pierre's utility to get the "correct" players on the team. His utility will even allow you to set the depth and lineups.

To make my lkeague better, should I donwload all those OOTP 6 Utilities he has?

Also, do I put the OOTP6 Utility file in the OOP folder?

i use some a lot, and others rarely. it just depends on what situation arises.

you can, but you dont have too. i have a folder full of mods inside the main OOTP folder and inside the mod folder i have a Pierre's Util folder.

remember that the game has to be closed for his utilities to work

Each one is used for a certain purpose. Unless you are doing something special, you may never have to use them. Which ones are you trying to use?
