Waiver Wire issue

Hey, I just started a new online league and am semi-using the in-game Waiver system. The only time we use it, is whenever someone posts on the forum saying they place "so-and-so" on the waivers, then I manually put that person on the waivers. However, there have been a few instances where players do not clear waivers for some reason, even though they go past the required number of days (one person by 3x the waiver period) and are not claimed. Recently (the last sim), I took those players off the waivers, and put them back on, and simmed again, only to find that they didn't pass any time on the waivers, and are still not cleared.

Has this been a reported issue? Or is something going on that shouldn't be happening in my league? Any clues as to why this is happening, or ways to circumvent it, would be nice.

Are they still listed on the waiver wire? Also, what does it say next to their names on the team transaction screen in the waiver section?

I simmed again, and they are still listed on the waiver wire. We have two instances of this within the league. One with Arizona and the other with Minnesota.

Arizona's looks like this: , 2 day(s) left (IRREV.)
Minnesota's: , 2 day(s) left (IRREV.)

Both of them have a comma in front of the days left, which is kind of odd. Other than that, everything seems to be normal.

So it has said 2 day(s) left for several sims then....that is strange. I haven't seen this before. The comma is always there BTW.

Yeah, Tolar was on for 3 sims, and then I removed him and placed him back on.
Reynolds was on for 2 sims, and then I removed him and placed him back on.

And now it's two sims later and they are both like that still.
