Two GM's Needed
The BARSL is looking for 2 solid GM's. The BARSL is currently @ League Date 7/15 in our 4th season (2006). We are a 28 team league that uses REAL players. We have two good teams available:
The Indians their former GM was an original but he is serving in Iraq and had to give his team up. He won GM of the year in 2003 and was 3rd in voting last season. This is a solid team that with a little work could easily be a solid contender again

The D-Backs the most dominant team in the BARSL (2 time defending Champs) have also just become available as teh GM is starting college again and basicaly regretfully had to drop due time restraints..in his email to me "This has been the best sim league I have ever been a part of". This team is loaded and looking to 3 peat.

Our Trade Deadline is 8/25 (This Wednesday)

We Sim Monday's and Wednesday's @ Noon EST

i was an original member of BARSL.. i was running the Phillies, but due to time constraints too, i quit.. the commish is very nice and very active.. im not sure if you remember me..

Wow!
To have a chance to join a good league with a terrific Commissioner and in a friendly but competitive atmosphere would be good enough, but both the Diamondbacks and Indians are in great shape and the two openings will not last very long.

D-Backs are still available...We screen GM's pretty harshly just because we are a very succesful league w/ great GM's...We do NOT want a GM who is here today gone tomorrow...

I am the old Arizona GM and would just like to double the sentiment Ray said above. This league is fantastic, and I throughouly enjoyed building Arizona into a perennial powerhouse (and they aren't going anywhere for a while unless you guys mess it up lol).

Good luck in the future and have fun with Dontrelle and Pujols for years to come.
