Manual for version 6
Is there a manual for version 6 of OOTP?
I just purchased and downloaded the game, but have no idea how to get started. I see the manual for version 5 and could start there, of course, but thought I would get the scoop here first. Thank you. Jeff |

Jeff, here is a good place to get answers to setting up leagues, installing stadiums, logos and photos and various other things.
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...splay.php?f=15 Read the OOTP5 manual...it will give you some basics about the game...although OOTP6 is quite a bit different. When you have a question, do a search first...if you don't find an answer, then post your question here on the forum. The guys are great about helping you learn the game. When you post a question, try to define the problem or question in the thread title...you will get better response if you make it clear in the title of your thread what the subject is. Good to have you on the forum. It's a great game...but it does take a lot of time to learn it. One of these days we'll get a manual for OOTP6...In the meantime you can get a lot of help here. |

Even once a manual is available, there will still be no substitute for scanning these boards on a regular basis. Many of the game's arcane fine points, the kinds of small things that wouldn't be and couldn't be covered in a manual, can be unearthed by reading these boards and benefiting from the wisdom of other more experienced players.
