Seeking logo help for a basketball league

Hi guys,

Dreamteams gave me a suggestion to ask you guys if you could help me. I'm running a solo basketball league, 20 teams, that needs logos. This is an old-time league, set in the 1960s, that has older names and whatnot. I like going with an older feel for my leagues. I could be looking at circular logos too, if someone is good at that.

The image sizes are 125X125, and are in .jpg format. I'd be looking for 23 images to start (20 teams, plus league and conference logos), and if you're really ambitious, I could even be looking for courts, banners and jerseys. I don't have much in the way of money, but I would be willing to pay you for your effort, or advertise your services if you're looking to branch out.

hey John C, I am sure you wll get many quality logos here,

but I think you might have a typo in your post. If I am not mistaken, that is a TPB league and TPB only accepts GIF logos, not JPG. Also the designers might want to know that the game will accept images with transparent background as well. Good luck!

Thank you. I wasn't aware. The game does take transparent backgrounds.

Knuckler, I love both logos, but the first one is more along the lines of what I'm looking for. It's perfect for the period and the kind of "old time" logos I am seeking.

I'm finding it's tough to do 60s logos.

Here's one for legends. I'm not that happy with it because after resizing the logo to your needs, it loses it's detail for the player. I'm going to stay after these because I'm intrigued by trying to do vintage logos. I'm also going to neaten up the shamrock for you.

I found the leprechaun used by the knuckler. Its the Iona Gael.

I have it recolored (Iona is maroon/gold) in a larger version with a transparent background for anyone to use if they like.
