Importing players from league to league?

I want to import individual players from one league to another. Is there a way to do this? I tried a search and found a tread titled "Importing teams and players from the database", but when I did a search for "master.csv" I did not find anything.

Not possible IN GAME, check the mods forum for utilities which can do this.
