Human Manager Tossed, CPU making horrible subbing decisions...

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but this is pretty bad....

Am playing in September with 40 man rosters, got tossed in the 2nd inning, so I was a spectator most of the game. The CPU AI put 4 different players at positions where they had no fielding rating, even tho there were plenty of ways that they could have had a player at that position with a good rating.

For instance, they put Crespo in CF, even tho he has no rating there, but good ratings at LF and RF. The RF's natural position is CF(Rios), but they made no attempt to switch them, putting each one in a good fielding spot. Wilson, an SS was put at 1B, even tho Redmond was also used as a PH in the same inning with 1B skills. Castro, a C, was put at 3B even tho there was another 3B on the bench.

Not sure what is going on here, but this seems like a pretty big issue....I'll make sure I never argue a call again with that kind of idiot assistant manager on my team...

This isn't just the in-game manager either...

I noticed a team in my league had a 0 rated first baseman in their starting lineups (after trading away their last natural 1B), but their 3B was rated at first, and there were like five other third basemen on the roster. (Okay, maybe not five, but more than enough.

)

That's the risk you take arguing calls. When I play out games, I never argue calls for just such reasons.

Yeah, if those coaches knew anything about managing a team, they'd be managers!
